Unified AI Strategy & Vision

  • Single Unified Plan: Adobe unveiled a single plan providing access to leading AI models (from Adobe, Google, OpenAI, Runway, Luma AI, and others) and creative tools for image, audio, and video.

  • Human-AI Collaboration: The company’s core belief is that the next creative advances will come from a collaboration between human intuition and machine intelligence, where humans imagine and AI builds.
  • Unlimited Generation Offer: Users were offered the ability to generate unlimited images and videos through December 1 (following MAX 2025).

Firefly Evolution

  • All-in-One Creative AI Studio: The Adobe Firefly app has evolved into a comprehensive creative AI studio, allowing creators to ideate, produce, and deliver content (image, video, audio) in one place.
  • New Capabilities: Now includes Generate Soundtrack (powered by Firefly Audio Model), Generate Speech (built on Firefly Speech Model and ElevenLabs’ AI), and a timeline-based video editor.
  • Firefly Image Model 5: Introduced as the latest innovation, it generates native 4MP images with enhanced photorealism, natural textures, and anatomical accuracy.
  • Creator Control: New editing features like Prompt to Edit and Layered Editing give creators more flexibility.
  • Commercial Safety: All Firefly models are trained only on content Adobe has rights to use, ensuring creators can confidently use what they generate.

Agentic AI & Assistants

  • In-App Integration: Adobe is embedding agentic AI assistants directly into apps like Photoshop, Adobe Express, and Firefly, rather than offering them as standalone products.
  • Functionality: These assistants act as active teammates by automating repetitive tasks, offering personalized suggestions, and guiding creators through complex workflows in context.
  • Project Moonlight: A preview of Project Moonlight was shown as a personal orchestration assistant for Firefly that connects workflows across multiple Adobe and third-party apps.

Key Partnerships

  • Google Cloud: An expanded partnership will integrate Google’s advanced AI models (including Gemini, Veo, and Imagen) into Adobe apps. Enterprise customers can use Adobe Firefly Foundry to customize Google’s models with their own data.
  • YouTube: A new partnership will enable creators to access exclusive YouTube Shorts templates within Premiere Mobile, streamlining the process of creating and publishing content directly from smartphones.

Future of Creative Skills

  • Creative Direction is Key: Adobe believes the most valuable skill in the AI era is creative direction—the ability to guide the technology with vision, taste, and intent.
  • Human Element: As AI handles the mechanical work, human skills like vision, storytelling, and emotion will be what set creators apart.
