How Lumatic Lab Tools Work
Every Lumatic Lab tool runs entirely inside your web browser. When you open a tool, your browser downloads the application code. After that, everything you do happens on your device. Your photos never leave your machine.
When you load an image, it is read from your device into your browser’s memory. When you save, the processed file is written back to your device. At no point does any image data pass through our servers.

What Is Saved — and Where
Some Lumatic Lab tools remember your settings between sessions. Here is exactly what is saved, where it lives, and how to clear it:

Contacting Us
We do not ask for your email address. We do not have a mailing list. We do not send newsletters.
If you find a bug, have a suggestion, or want to tell us something – you are welcome to contact us through the photoedithelp.com/contact-us page.
If you want a reply, include your email address in your message. If you do not want a reply, do not include it. We will never add you to any list, pass your address to anyone, or contact you for any reason other than responding to your message.
The Future
Lumatic Lab is a growing suite of tools. New tools will be added over time. Every tool we build will be held to the same standards set out in this charter. The commitments above are not marketing — they are design constraints. No Lumatic Lab tool will ever be built in a way that contradicts them.
If a future tool requires server-side processing (such as RAW file decoding), we will tell you clearly what data is sent, confirm you are happy to proceed, and delete the data immediately after processing. We will never store it, log it, analyse it, or share it.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

| To the maximum extent permitted by Scots law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of these tools – whether in contract, tort, or otherwise – shall not exceed the amount you paid for them. That amount is zero. |
| Nothing in this clause excludes or limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence. |
| Jurisdiction & Governing Law: This charter and any dispute or claim arising from your use of Lumatic Lab tools shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Scotland. The courts of Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction. |
